Multi-layered Roofing on Hope Island Residential Apartments


The Details:

  • The Main Roof & Level 3 Roof Sheeting is Colourbond Ultra 0.42BMT Trimdek. The Pool Roof Area Sheeting is 150mm Ausdeck SolarSpan Panel with Custom Orb Top.

 

  • We used 60mm Anticon Insulation Blanket CSR for the insulation and a Custom Colourbond Ultra Fascia.

  • Flashings are a range of Colourbond Ultra 0.55BMT Apron & Eaves Gutter Flashings, Parapet Flashings, Barge flashing, Ridge flashing, Tray Flashings, Perimeter Flashings for Panel Roof.

  • Gutters are Colourbond Ultra 200mm Half Round Eves Gutter and Custom Colourbond Ultra Box Gutter & Brackets, Board & Accessories.

  • One of our favourite features is the Velux Skylights.
